This is a great laundry mat facility. Casandra was very helpful and friendly. She keeps a very clean laundry mat. Every washer that was open was clean. The floors were clean which is nice because clean laundry tends to fall on the floor when transferring from one machine to the next. Nothing worse than fresh clothing picking up every piece of dirt on a floor. The machines cleaned so well and the dryers on hi get everything dried pretty quickly. I would go to this facility again most definitely! Edited to add: I had just shy of 100lbs of laundry and was able to use the largest machines, 8 bucks each and they hold 6 laundry bins of clothing. So I needed 2 machines for all that laundry and is was done in 20 mins for the drying to start. Or would have taken all day to do this amount in residential machines. Dryers are 25 cents for 6 mins. Overall a decent deal on machines

Had to go to this laundromat today as part of my spring cleaning. Had not been to one in years. Carrie, the attendant, could not have been more pleasant and helpful...guiding us through the steps. I hope you pay her well. She never sat down; was constantly cleaning or sweeping the floor. What a remarkable employee. Helped to make the "chore" bearable.

Staff was great. Washers worked as they should. Dryers worked great, clothes were dried before the time was up.

There's a sweet lady in that works the evening times and I think her name is Candy LOL 🤣 she has suce a good holsum deminer that I actually like to wash my laundry.😁 …

I was so impressed by the welcomeming of the lady there. Her name is Debbie. She gave me soap and fabric softener. I had forgotten my bag of cleaning supplies. She also is great to talk to. It helps pass the time. Of coast She is working all the time we are talking. The place is clean as well as inside the washers. A ten in my book. Will not go any where else.

Very clean , reasonably priced..very professional and polite employees. I just watched Debbie meticulously fold men's T-shirts, the quality of care she puts in for her wash-dry- fold customers is beyond measure. I highly recommend! Please come see Debbie at Flamingo Laundry Palm Bay location.

Great hospitality! This location is spotless and clean, I love it there. I love the way this manager takes pride in her work. Her cleanliness and attention to detail I can describe as imaculate. It was our first time washing at this place, and it was stellar. Above and beyond– I highly recommend this place ☺️

I have used the drop off service here, off and on for 6 years. I always get treated great and staff is very friendly. Last past week I dropped off my laundry as usual, expecting to pick it up the next day. I got sick and after 5 days, they called to ask if I was ok, I explained, I was sick. When I went to pick it up, I noticed an envelope in my bag that had my name on it and a lighter taped to it. When I got home and opened the bag, it was an envelope with the lighter taped to it and a note, that said, "Found in your laundry". I opened the envelope and there was $25 in it. What genuine HONESTY. The money was a shock to me. I never thought that I was missing any money.

DEBBIE, the wonderful manager of this place was kind enough to fix an error of mine....I put clothes to Dry, back into a washer...and 8$ was returned to me, as well as donating my expense...to another kind soul. I found that to be very honorable, and very generous on her behalf. Thank you Flamingo for hiring such a good person.
